Overview

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Store credits may be offered for faster resolution or future purchases

  • In most cases, returns are not required for perishable items
  • For non-perishable items, we may arrange a pickup or provide drop-off instructions

  • Perishable goods: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Non-perishable goods: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery except YAM is not
    refundable

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
